An advert for the first edition in three volumes, published in a Braddon novel published by Ward, Lock & Tyler.

Press reviews quoted in an advert as The Lady's Mile was about to be published in the Library Edition by Ward, Lock, & Tyler. The reviews were from three newspapers: Morning Star, Sporting Gazette and The Era (the leading theatre newspaper). The advert appeared in a yellowback edition of The Captain of the Vulture, published by Ward, Lock & Tyler in 1868.
