A quarter plate ambrotype of Georgina, the Marchioness of Salisbury (1827-1899)
by Joseph de Mouxy, Institut Photographique, 19 Strand.
It was probably taken at about the time of her marriage in 1857 to Lord Robert
Arthur Talbot Gascoyne Cecil, later the 3rd Marquess of Salisbury and Conservative
Prime Minister.
