A tinted quarter plate daguerreotype of Harriet Weedon, taken in about 1860 by William Kilburn.
It has a sky background with clouds and Harriet is wearing a fashionable Scottish tartan dress.
Harriet Anna Weedon (1836-1905) was the daughter of Frederick and Martha Weedon. Her father was a clerk and she grew up in Paddington.
Her brother was the artist Augustus Walford Weedon.
