In the 1901 census, when he was 13 years old, Royston was a pupil at the Abbey School, Beckenham, in Kent.
In the 1891 census he was living with his family in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, at Victoria Villa, 87 Victoria Road.
His father Francis A. Le Blond was a wholesale stationer.

Annie Alicia Hawkins Whitshed married James Percival Hughes in 1885 at Melton Mowbray.

The grave of the opera singer Richard Tauber is beautifully maintained by someone.

The base at the front reads: 'The family vault of Mrs. Henry Pettitt.'
